Cancellation Policy

At Home Electric, we value your time and strive to deliver prompt, high-quality service. We understand that schedules may change, and this policy outlines how cancellations are handled.

1. Standard Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation fee.

2. Emergency Services

  • For emergency or urgent service bookings, cancellations made after confirmation may not be eligible for a refund, as resources are allocated immediately.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If our technician arrives at your location and is unable to access the site due to the customer's absence, it will be treated as a no-show, and the full service fee may be charged.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule an appointment once at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Multiple reschedules or reschedules made under 24 hours may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations by Home Electric

  • In rare cases where we must cancel or postpone a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technician availability), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
