Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?+
Add products to your cart and tap “Checkout securely”. You can also send your list on WhatsApp and we will confirm the order with you.
Which payment methods can I use?+
UPI, Cards, Net banking. All payments are processed securely on the Wix checkout.
Do I get a GST invoice?+
Yes. Prices on the site exclude GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Enter your GSTIN at checkout to claim input credit.
Can I get a better price for bulk orders?+
Yes. For 10 or more pieces of a product, or for project orders, message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery in 3–7 business days anywhere in India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Is delivery free?+
Delivery is free on orders above ₹2000. Below that, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?+
We send tracking details by SMS and email when your order ships. You can also ask us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Returns & warranty
What if a product arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable. See the Shipping and Delivery policy.
How long do refunds take?+
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Is there a warranty?+
Warranty depends on the product. Ask us with the product name and we will confirm the warranty period.
Choosing the right product
What do 6A, 16A and 32A mean?+
It is the maximum current the switch or socket can safely carry. Use 6A for lights, fans and small electronics, 16A for heavy appliances like a geyser, fridge or microwave, and 25A or more for an AC.
What does “module” (M) mean?+
One module is one space on a modular plate. A normal switch takes 1 space; sockets and fan regulators usually take 2. An 8M plate has 8 spaces.
What is SP, DP, TP and TPN on an MCB?+
SP (single pole) is for a single circuit in a normal home. DP (double pole) cuts both live and neutral. TP and TPN are for three-phase supply, used in bigger homes, shops and factories.
